Reason for AGD Predatory Status:
Upon reviewing the Nika Partners website, no Terms and Conditions were available or visible on the registration page or elsewhere on the site. Terms and Conditions are a critical component of affiliate partnerships, as they provide transparency, establish clear expectations, and outline the rules that both parties must adhere to in order to maintain a fair and open relationship. Should the program update their site and add T&Cs we will revisit their AGD status.
