Due to these terms:
"For affiliates operating under a Revenue Share compensation plan, commission rates will be monitored automatically based on recorded affiliate performance.
If an affiliate fails to generate at least five (5) First-Time Deposits (FTDs) within three (3) full calendar months, the affiliates Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 10%.
If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twelve (12) full calendar months, the affiliates Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 5%.
If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twenty-four (24) full calendar months, and there is no evidence of active promotion, brand exposure, traffic generation, or intention to continue promoting the Companys brands, the affiliate account may be subject to suspension, deactivation, or termination.
For the avoidance of doubt, these downgrades are system-driven and applied automatically based on the affiliates recorded performance within the applicable period.
Where an affiliate reactivates their promotional activity and generates at least five (5) FTDs within a subsequent three (3) full calendar month period, the system may automatically reinstate the affiliate to their previous agreed Revenue Share rate, based on Net Gaming Revenue, from the following applicable commission cycle, subject to traffic quality, fraud checks, and any specific terms agreed in writing.
The Company may also review exceptional cases where an affiliate can demonstrate active promotional efforts, meaningful brand exposure, ongoing advertising placements, strategic market value, technical limitations, market restrictions, or other valid reasons affecting performance. Any exception must be reviewed and approved by the Company in writing.
Lack of traffic, lack of new FTDs, removal of brand placements, absence of advertising, lack of communication, or failure to actively promote the Companys brands may be considered an indication that the collaboration is no longer active or no longer part of the affiliates commercial priority. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to downgrade, suspend, revise, or terminate the affiliate account and/or commission entitlement.
These performance and inactivity provisions apply to affiliates operating under Revenue Share plans and may also apply to Hybrid deal affiliates where the affiliate has stopped promoting the Companys brands, stopped generating new traffic, or is no longer actively collaborating. CPA-only affiliates and Hybrid affiliates may also be subject to additional performance terms as outlined in their individual agreements.
9. If the affiliate account cannot be executed as planned due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Nextbet shall freeze the affiliate account and incur no liability or no commission will be offered.
Please note: Your minimum withdrawal must be 100 USD with at least five (5) active players per month or else it will be carried over to next month until you reach both the minimum active player and minimum withdrawal amount.
10. Nextbet reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice."
