Nektan Affiliates - Terms Change

AGD spider did pull in a new Nektan Affiliates terms update. However - it is a complete re-write, so we will have to do an evaluation of them to determine if they are still good. Coming below this post shortly.

CEASE promotion of Nektan immediately. They now have both negative carryover AND a minimum player rule for termination. This is now going into the rogue pit until someone from Nektan (who have taken over their own affiliate program in partnership with ActiveWins)

This is not a good move, IMO. I would seriously get rid of them as they are breaching their own business contract with the new one. ActiveWins is responsable for the roguing of many programs including BetFred, Kerching, Totesport, and possibly others.

Thanks for the heads up. I emailed them last week about joining their program, but nobody got back to me. Now I'm glad they didn't.

Yo bro, Active Wins super suck!!!
They have actually spoiled every thing they put their hand into.

Couple of my friends had hybrid & CPA deals, NEKTAN have simply pulled it over without any notice. Also now they have not done the payments and this change in the T&C's is something to think of.

Getting nextgen games was a good move but partnering with Active Wins? gosh... Worst thing NEKTAN could ever do...

In regards to the issues raised in this thread, I would just like to reassure you that Nektan will be operating as a separate business.

This is a new joint venture between Nektan PLC and ActiveWin Media. ActiveWins will be supporting the Nektan affiliate program as the company burgeons, although they are separate programs with their own dedicated account managers, commission plans, platforms and offers. Nektan will have no relationship with the ActiveWins affiliate programme, nor will it impact any of its affiliates.

It already affects the partnership as you have taken up the predatory terms that ActiveWins pushes into every program they become a part of. The program is now predatory for terms, which is a big 'DO NOT PROMOTE' to affiliates. Nobody wants their hard earned players stolen from them.
