Have they always had NCO - or is this a recent change?

I have no idea, but last month I noticed it in my account. Made almost 200 this month, but they deducted like 90 from last month.

I've start promoting them like 5 years ago and the NCO was in there T&C's at that time.

Other than NCO, if you don't have any depositing player for 3 months, you will only get 5% rev share.

I did make this same mistake myself when I was a newbie naive affiliate - but for the last 5+ years the FIRST thing I look for, is if the operator has NCO or not. If they do have it - I don't sign-up. Simples!

The reason for the question is that it was wrong here (to the right). That happened during the transfer from vBulletin to xenForo, unfortunately (unsure why). I thought I had fixed them all

Purely on principle, this program should be rogued for paying this. Especially with the way the serps are these days (courtesy the hacker), sometimes I'm not getting any players to acccounts for 3 months. It's not my fault and it's not affiliates faults either. so getting penalised through no one's fault, is a pretty unethical T&C. Not to mention, if pre-tagged players are depositing and the casino is making money, then the affiliate should be paid their share too. Not 5%, that's just crooked!

There has to be skin in the game for everyone for it (business) to work. Like you said with the way the serps are these days 5% is not worth it.
