Mr Mobi and Mr Slot Casino Change of Ownership

We received the follwing email:

"Dear Partner,

This email serves to inform you that Bright Affiliates network is selling two of its casino brands Mr Mobi and Mr Slot. The new owners are Inter Grupp Partner Service AB . There will not be any migration of data to new owners.

This decision has been taken as we would like to focus on our flagship brands: Extra Vegas and Extra Spel.

The change in ownership will happen 1st of December. All the deals from our end on these 2 brands will be closed and any outstanding commission on these brands will be paid in the next payment cycle.

Our other two brands: Extraspel and Extra Vegas will still be under the Bright Affiliates network and will continue to operate without any disruption. We are offering many more deals on these flagship brands - please get in touch with us to know more.

Thank you for all the support and co-operation we had over the past years for the brands Mr Mobi and Mr Slot.

This business transaction would have been in the pipe works for months. Yet, it's now the 1'st of Dec 2021 today, and now is when Bright Affiliates Network send notice they've sold two (2) of their casinos. To say this is deplorable ethics is an understatement.

It's not like they're closing down. Instead they are continuing to operate.

Is Inter Grupp Partner Service AB connected in some manner or other to Bright Affiliates Network?

Certainly wouldn't be the 1'st time a dirty rotten scam like this, has been perpetrated on affiliates.

Normally when I conduct searches like this, I find oodles of info. But not this time.

That suggests Inter Grupp Partner Service AB has either been super cagey about its operation/s, which, begs the question why? Or they are a relatively new company who hasn't done much, if any business till now.

Meaning a relatively inactive company, established for the purpose, to make it look like they've purchased these casinos, when the truth could be that Inter Grupp Partner Service AB, is still, Bright Affiliates Network.
