Due to these terms:
The Company reserves the right to change your commission rate andor type of commission at sole discretion with 5 (five) calendar days prior notice.
8.3.If an affiliate is not active and not withdrawing his affiliate earnings from StayPartners balance for more than 3 months, he/she may be charged 10% out of the balance on a monthly basis.
8.4 If an affiliate has not withdrawn his affiliate earnings for more than 3 months, his next cashout request may be canceled and sent via installments.
4.7. If the limits for the traffic delivery were agreed with Affiliate (read the number of the players brought) and Affiliate delivered more players, the Sta.Partners Affiliate program has the right to postpone payouts for such players to the next payment period or transfer players to Revenue Share plan. The Affiliate program must notify Affiliate when such a case occurs.
We pay for traffic, which brought at least the first 10 deposits. If the deposits number is less, then traffic is put on hold with no payments.
