Due to these terms:
"2.9. If money on the Partners balance is more than 3 months and is not withdrawn, account payments are blocked and funds are written off. After another 3 months, such an account is removed from the Affiliate Program. If the Partners account has been blocked, then after 30 days from the moment of blocking, the balance in the account is reset to zero.
2.6. The term of the delay in the accrual of payments (Hold) is determined by the administration of the Affiliate program at its discretion."
