Due to these terms:
"25% of NGR, if up to 5 FTD;
2.18 You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of new customers in your total traffic volume make only a few deposits and show low or no gaming activity during the current month, this traffic will be considered as poor quality traffic or motivated traffic. The Company may freeze or choose not to pay any Commission related to such traffic.
6.1. Subject to your adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this
clause.
d) immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement;"
