Due to these terms:
"10. For a period of six (6) months, if an existing Affiliate engages in no
communication with us or appears to be uninterested in promoting our
product (by referring New Customers), the Company may, in its sole
discretion, restructure the Affiliate's commission structure to the minimal
Revenue Share deal.
11. If an affiliate decides, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove
us from any on-site traffic source with which we have an agreement and does
not notify us within 14 days of the advertisement's end date, the affiliate's
commission structure will be reconstructed to the minimum Revenue Share
deal."
