Due to these terms:
"J. The maximum revenue share commission payable per each individual qualified patron is $10,000 USD at the commission rate provided and/or under a term sheet. Thereafter, the affiliate shall receive a 5% commission going forward for that Qualified Patron.
E. For an Affiliate on Revenue Share Commission Plans (either entirely or partially in combination with another form of Commission) that refers a minimum six (6) or fewer Qualified Patrons to Participating Brands during any 90-day period, OR, refers less than 30% of the Affiliates prior 90-day average of Qualified Patrons. Convert Stars reserves the right, and at our sole discretion, to adjust the Revenue Share percentage of Net Revenue to 10%,15%,20% or 25% until the Affiliate account is in good standing for 90 continuous days. Thereafter, should the Affiliate not refer Qualified Patrons for a 365-day period, Convert Stars reserves the right to terminate all Revenue Share commission plans and agreements.
F. For an Affiliate on Revenue Share Commission Plans (either entirely or partially in combination with another form of Commission) that have inactive Qualified Patrons that do not deposit or wager for a period of seven (7) months such Qualified Patron shall be deemed lost/inactive and be removed from the Affiliates commission plan.
C. Convert Stars may, at any time, directly or indirectly, solicit Qualified Patron referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in these Terms or operate websites that are similar to or compete with the Affiliates Site."
