Due to these terms:
10.15. If you become dormant or inactive for a period of three months or more, at any time during this Agreement, we reserve the right to restructure, on an individual basis, the commission model applicable to your account, including any commissions due to you.

NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE TERM CHANGES WILL NOT HAPPEN
10.3. We retain the right to change the fee schedule and method of calculation of fees.
