Due to these terms:
7.3. If within 3 (three) consecutive calendar months the Affiliate fails to attract 3 (three) New Users, the Company shall have the right (but is not obliged) to change the terms of cooperation with the Affiliate, including by reducing the amount of commission to be received by the Affiliate, or suspending the use of the Affiliate Account in the Affiliate Program. In individual cases, the question of termination of the current Agreement with the Affiliate may be raised.
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION REDUCTIONS WILL NOT HAPPEN
The Affiliate's commission rate may be changed. If so, the Affiliate will be informed by email.

NEED A BETTER TERMINATION CLAUSE PUT INTO THE TERMS
