Due to these terms:
The Affiliate fee, as calculated above, will automatically decrease to 5% of Net Revenue from the first day of the individual Player's fourth year of registration. Therefore, the fees in the table indicated above will be valid only and exclusively for the first three years of the Player's registration as well as any better treatment granted by the Customer. Subsequently, as mentioned, the consideration of the Affiliate will be equal to 5% of the Net Revenue.

ARTICLE 8 - INACTIVITY
Should one of the Players belonging to the Affiliate's network become inactive, the Client may, at its sole and unquestionable discretion, cease to monitor the same player, with the consequence that the Affiliate, regardless of whether the player becomes active again in the future, will no longer receive any related compensation.
For the purposes of the previous paragraph, "inactive" Player means the customer holding a Gaming Account on the Eurobet Site opened through the Information Content published on the Affiliate's Site, who: (a) has not accessed the own gaming account for a period of at least 3 (three) months; or (b) have deposited less than 10 (ten) euros on their gaming account in the last 3 (three) months.
If it is believed that the Affiliate is inactive, the Client may exercise the right to block the Affiliate Account, notifying him that it has been frozen. If, following this provision, the Affiliate does not give any response within 30 days of the notification, the Customer may cancel the Affiliate Account and terminate this Agreement in accordance with art. 10. Affiliate upon freezing, they will come back to us and you will not be entitled to claim them.
For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, "inactive" Affiliate means the Affiliate who: (a) has not generated at least 10 (ten) new Players in the period of 3 (three) consecutive months; or (b) the Affiliate, in the period of 3 consecutive months, has accrued commissions of less than 100 (one hundred) euros.
the Affiliate is inactive or fails to accrue commissions equal to the minimum threshold set forth in this Agreement.
