Due to these terms:
PREDATORY
1 FTD to 10 FTD - 25% SHOULD BE 0-10
11 FTD to 30 FTD - 30%
31 FTD to 70 FTD - 35%
71 FTD to 100 FTD - 40%
101 FTD - 45 %
ACTIVITY RULE
Under the terms of this Agreement, Affiliate deals require a minimum of 20 First Time Depositing customers (FTDs) within the preceding 18 month period during which the Affiliate has held an Affiliate Account with the Group. In the event that this requirement is not met, We reserve the right to regard You as an inactive Affiliate and at Our discretion may cease and deny payment to You.
THIS CAN HAPPEN AT ANY TIME WITH BIG EVENTS
If fifty per cent (50%) or more of Your Referred Players are betting on a single outcome in relation to a Service/s, this shall be a breach of this Agreement with the respective consequences as provided herein.
The use of the term Rakeback when promoting the Service/s is prohibited.

NEED A BETTER REASON FOR TERMINATION AND PAY FINAL PAYMENT IN 90DAYS
NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL WITH CHANGES
