Due to these terms:

6.1 Subject to your strict adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure on Net Revenue from New Customers referred by you to the MOZZART Websites. MOZZART may, in exceptional circumstances, make changes to the Commission percentage and method of calculation in accordance with this clause 6. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this clause 6. If such change has a material adverse impact on the Affiliate, MOZZART will notify the Affiliate by posting a change notice and notifying Affiliates via an email of the implemented changes, and if the Affiliate does not agree to the change, the Affiliate must notify MOZZART in writing within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the change and may terminate the Affiliate Agreement in accordance with Clause 9.

If Affiliate Agreement is terminated because Affiliate has violated this Affiliate Agreement or applicable laws, Affiliate will not be eligible to receive any Commission, including earned prior to the date of termination.
