Due to these recently updated terms:

Commission can be paid only starting with 3 active customers invited for a payment period (NET-7, NET-30, NET-60).

The Program may terminate this Agreement, at any time, on six (6) hours Notice to the Affiliate.

Any breach by a Sub-Affiliate of the Sub-Affiliate Provisions will be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement by the Affiliate.

the third part is even more tricky or did I get it wrong?

any of "my" sub-affiliates (if I know them or not), violating the T&C, and I, as the affiliate who bought him to BW, will hang too?!

If my single "sign-up as an affiliate" link attracts some sort of "not so good" affiliate, it should not be my fault and impact all my earnings - that is total absurd!

They suck so hard that they even enforce that predatory term when they LITERALLY agree to our terms in advance, which clearly state that we do not accept any depositor activity quota terms.

I have sent them an email about a payment that they've marked as "paid" even if I don't have any payment method added in the affiliate backend. When I've asked where do they sent the money they stopped the communication. What a joke!
