3.4. The decision to admit the Webmaster to participate in the program lies entirely with VesperPartners. The webmaster has no legal basis to obtain such admission if the opposite decision was made. VesperPartners defines a test period of at least one month or 20 deposits to evaluate the webmaster's work and make a decision on long-term cooperation. The working conditions for this period are agreed with each Webmaster individually.

12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
12.1. VesperPartners reserves the right to change the provisions of these Terms and Conditions without justification and at any time. The publisher is solely responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.
12.2. The use of the VesperPartners partner network by the Publisher after making changes to these Terms and Conditions indicates the Publisher's consent to the changes and readiness to assume the obligations specified in these Terms and Conditions. Disagreement with changes to the Terms and Conditions entails termination of this Agreement, as well as termination of work with the VesperPartners partner network.
5.9.1. For the above violations, the Publisher is obliged to pay a fine of 500. If due to violations by the Publisher of these Terms and Conditions by a third party, administrative or other legal liability is instituted against VesperPartners, then all costs of the process (court costs) and other expenses arising from this are fully withheld from the guilty Publisher.
PREDATORY
The Webmaster has not logged into the account within the last 90 days.
The webmaster has not interacted with the VesperPartners system outside the web interface (for example, via the API) for the last 90 days.
After the expiry of the above period, VesperPartners notifies the Publisher that in case of inactivity and non-use of the account, VesperPartners will delete the Publisher's account after 30 days from the date of notification, and the funds remaining on the account will be debited in favor of VesperPartners. If, after 30 days from the date of notification, no feedback has been received from the Publisher, VesperPartners deletes the Publisher's account and data, and debits the remaining funds in its favor. The publisher is notified and agrees that he has no right to restore the account or return the debited funds after the expiration of the above terms and the deletion of the account.
7.4. If the termination of the agreement occurs due to violations of these Rules, the Publisher pays the penalty specified in these Terms and Conditions in accordance with clause 5.9.1.
