I've experienced the same situation.

So, I preferred to make a new agreement with them focused on a high CPA.

it used to be a good program years ago. Not made much with them for a couple of years so they are at the bottom of the list

Quotas seem to have been removed from the terms. Although they do have a clause allowing for zero-notice amendments, so who knows if they will ever return.

How's the effective RS nowadays? Any improvement there?

Absolute s**t program. Been working with them for years, sent hundreds and hundreds of FTDs over the years and never broke even €5k for a month. Ended up finally removing them. Plus they constantly bother me about signing their stupid documents to get payment by bank, which I refuse. If anything, I should ask them to sign documents for me. I'm in the EU, I'm not the shady one.
