Due to these terms and actions:
The term of the Affiliate Agreement will begin when you are approved as an Affiliate and will be continuous unless and until either Party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement.
And from our personal experience, they dropped our rev share from default 20% to 5% without any notice. We queried them about it and they said:
In order to get 20% you need to provide at least 10 NDP's per month. Your performance is way lower than that and hence the %5 kicked in.
