Due to These Terms:
Minimum Activity Rule
5.2.3 All Iconic Affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 3 first time depositing customers within a three ( 3 ) month period of joining the program. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account may be suspended pending a review of the account whereby the Affiliate will be contacted prior any action taken.
5.2.4 If You become either Dormant or Inactive in a 6 month period at any time during this Agreement, after the initial 3 month joining period, Iconic Affiliates reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to either restructure, on an individual basis, the Commission calculation model applicable to Your account (this could be as low as 5% of Net Gaming Revenue) in respect of Customers introduced by you until you introduce a total of 3 first time depositing Customers, at which point (after the introduction of the third first time depositing Customer) your rate of commission will revert to the level it was before it was reduced in accordance with this clause.
7.10 Iconic Affiliates reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate's accounts. Such minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed and Iconic Affiliates reserves the right to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit. Such limit shall not be unreasonably high and basically reflect the intention of avoiding accounts where the revenue does not cover Iconic Affiliates internal costs for maintaining the account and the pay-out procedure.
