LVBETpartners reserves the right to reduce the Affiliates Commission/change the Affiliates Reward Plan if the Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote LVBET.com or in case the Affiliate does not replies to the account manager contacts.

It looks like they've updated the wording — this exact clause is no longer present — but the classification as "predatory" should stand for the following terms:


Termination clauses:

9.2.5 If the Affiliate does not generate a minimum of thirty (30) clicks on the Content for three (3) consecutive months

9.2.6 LVBETpartners reserve the right to suspend the Affiliate’s account and stop calculating commission if invalid information or promotions are shown on their marketing sources. In such a case, if the Affiliate fails to reply to notifications from LVBETpartners within two weeks, then the Affiliate Agreement will be declared null and void, any unpaid commissions will be confiscated and the Affiliate account closed indefinitely.

Unilateral commission revision - This seems to convey a similar message to the old term.

4.10 The company reserves the right to review the commission percentage and/or the commercial agreement on the affiliate account.
