I would be inclined to praise them for this otherwise but they know this would apply only to a small fraction of affiliates, or perhaps to none.

I've just tried to register and get this exemption referring to this thread. (Couldn't use the tracking link, 502 for me). But it seems like a no-go.

They are doubling down on their bad terms, adding an evil term to muzzle all webmasters, a legal way to steal everyones money, if there is any criticism, which not includes complaints about missing payments.

Almost everything can be interpreted as "public slander, criticism, insults and threats"

The terms are really not a reason for a registration and that's why we signed a special contract a long time ago excluding minimum player activity.

But this term of "public slander" etc. you can interpret as you like and means that you should better not to critisize.

On the other hand it also doesn't help if you have a special contract when nothing moves and you generate zero, except a few links.
