Min activity on a low converting brand ... they convert 10 times less then most uk facing brands..

Not only do they have that in the terms but they have actually enforced it against many affiliates a few years ago. They came back grovelling trying to get back in the good books after realising what they had done months later, but its too late, there is no reason to trust them again.

we all know the problem with quotas, hidden fees, retroactive terms and so on, is not a new problem. But its getting worse, so one can assume things will keep getting worse and more brands will follow these shady antics.
