Terms look friendly, but please be aware:
If for 6 consecutive calendar months, we are unable to transfer to you the Affiliate Payments to your Payment Method because of any incomplete or incorrect payment details, or for any other reason beyond our control, we may retain any such Affiliate Paymentsand will no longer be liable to pay such to you.
This Agreement shall start from the Agreement Acceptance and shall continue thereafter until it is terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Either party may terminate the Agreement, any IO and/or Negotiated Plan, by providing twenty-four (24) hours prior notice to the other by email.
