1.3. All Affiliates are subject to a test period of two (2) months after the approval as the Programme Affiliates, during which the GG.Bet shall estimate the effectiveness of the Affiliate’s Marketing Activities. As a result of such estimation the GG.Bet shall decide whether continue the participation of an Affiliate in the Programme or not. The GG.Bet has the right to terminate the participation of an Affiliate in the Programme if it decides that the Affiliate’s Marketing Activities are not effective or do not respond to the GG.Bet interests. The GG.Bet shall notify an Affiliate about the termination of participation in the Programme and it is not obliged to provide the Affiliate with an explanation of such a decision. If after the expiration of the test period the GG.Bet does not notify about the termination, the participation in the Programme shall be deemed continued.
