Terms look friendly although:
NEED TO CHANGE TO EITHER 2,000 OR 10,000 (2000 IS REALLY LOW FOR A HIGH ROLLER RULE)
7.12 For all intents and purposes if a High Roller Customer generates a negative net revenue of at least 10,000, he/she will be deemed to be, for the purposes of this section, a 'High-Roller'.
7.13 If the aggregate Net Revenue for the Affiliate, in that month, for a Brand is negative 2,000 or greater, then the High-Roller policy as set out hereunder, will apply:
NEED ADMIN FEES
NEED TO ALWAYS EMAIL WITH TERM CHANGES
NEED TO ADD A BETTER REASON FOR THE TERMINATION
