When possible, a notice of the amendments will be sent to the Affiliate's registered email address and such notice will be deemed to be served once sent by the Company

Company may withhold the Affiliate's final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid;

Be awere of their ways:

At the very beginning, we made some small earnings on a RS based deal, that they paid at once at the very beginning of the montht. After this, they asked for some additional listings and agreed on a hybrid for some positions.

After 1 month of positions, we e-mailed them 3 times about the listing, if they want to continue it or what thoughts they had on the conversions. No reply.

Their schedule for payments are according for their own terms before the 10th, and no big surprice - they havent paid us.

So be awere, they will quite communications and withold earnings like a lightning from a clear sky.

Greetings dear GuardDog staff and dear Tobias,

Tim, a personal AM of Tobias, is writing. Can confirm this storyline is exactly how it looks from the point of view of Tobias, however there are a few details that were unnoticed by Tobias.

I personally, and other members of my team has tried to reach out to Tobias multiple times, using several different emails, including filling out the contact form on Tobias's website where we have been listed. Those communication attempts has were made on the dates from 10.03.2022 until 11.04.2022. All email has gone undelivered, and the contact forms - unanswered. There might have been a technical difficulty on Tobias's end, because we have no trouble with communication via our email with anyone else.

With that said, we value the work of our partners and never let it go unnoticed. We strive for the most truthful cooperation and keep ourselves to the same standard.

Any outstanding payments with Tobias shall be made once we have managed to restore our connection.

Hi Tim,

I do use the very same e-mail we first comminucated on, and have been using that very same to send you e-mails.

This e-mail adress works and have worked with many other programs and contacts - can you check if it can be as easy as I have accidentenly been blocked as SPAM or something on your end?

I will attempt to e-mail you via an alternative gmail adress today, let's hope it works!

I am aware as I recieved every email you have sent, but wasn't able to reply to this exact email address for an unknown reason.
I have just recieved a message to my regular email (tim@pledoo.partners) from your new email address and replied to it, please let me know if you recieved it. If not, I will reach out to you via our newlly generated "gmail" domain email.

Hope we can solve this issue asap as I understand your frustration.

Superweard indeed - I really had no clue that some e-mail errors cud appear like a lightning from a clear sky like this!

I dont even have an active spamfilter on my e-mails, so your e-mails have not been blocked by that.

Great we got this solved and take care of it over Gmail now - I belive i have no issues with Pledoo after all so my input on this topic are do pure techical errors!

After discussions with Pledoo they have agreed to make the following changes and we are happy to move them to Certified.

CHANGED
The Company reserves the right to, at any time and at its sole discretion, amend, alter, delete or add any of the provisions of this Agreement. A notice of the amendments will be sent to the Affiliate's registered email address and such notice will be deemed to be served once sent by the Company. The Affiliate's continuing participation in the Affiliate Program after any amendments or modifications have been made public will be deemed as the Affiliate's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

REMOVED
