Due to these terms:

6.6. The Company reserves the right to reduce the Commission/change the Reward Plan if the Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote the Company

if the Affiliate does not generate any new depositing players for three consecutive months;

4.5. Any notice given or made to the Company under the terms of this Agreement shall be sent via email and marked for the attention of the Affiliate Manager (or as otherwise notified by the Company). The Company shall send the Affiliate any notices given or made under the terms of this Agreement to the email address provided by the Affiliate and mentioned in its account. Any notice shall be deemed to have been received within 24 hours of delivery. If the receipt occurs before 9.00 a.m. CET on a Working Day, such notice shall be deemed to have been received on that specific day. If such receipt occurs after 5.00 p.m. CET on a Working Day, or on any day which is not a Working Day, the notice shall be deemed to have been received at 9.00 a.m. on the following Working Day.

These affiliate programs, and subsequently, their igaming entities, would not have the NDP, without the affiliate. Hence, enforcing player quotas is total Bullshit. It's a scam. I strongly suggest every affiliate consult the T&C's of every program before they agree to said terms and conditions.

Any and all clauses which elude to, or in any way, shape or form suggest the T&C's can be changed at the will of the program for any reason what so ever, or said programs enforces player quotas, it is a wise choice to kick these gambling affiliate programs to the curb.

Chances are they WILL steal from you. It's written in their T&C's - they just don't come out and say it
