Due to these terms:
Minimum Player Rule
All our affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 3 active Customers within a 3 months period of joining the program with a 25% starting commission. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account may be closed with prior notice. If the Affiliate chooses to close the affiliate account before reaching the required 3 active players, any/all commissions will be removed. We reserve the right to verify All referred players accounts to determine if the Affiliate is eligible to obtain the commission.
In order to be entitled to the Revenue Share based on Net Revenue, all Affiliates are required to generate not less than three (3) minimum Affiliate Players in any rolling one month period. In the event that an Affiliate does not generate at least three (3) Affiliate Players, such Affiliates entitlement shall drop to 10% of all applicable Net Revenue for such Affiliate Players. In the event that the Affiliate later exceeds the minimum Affiliate Players requirement, as of the date of Affiliates reinstatement, the Affiliate shall be entitled to the percentages based on Net Revenue for future Net Revenue generated by such Affiliate Players.
