Terms now look friendly as they have removed the below term:

Minimum Activity Rule
6.8 The Merchant reserves the right to suspend the Affiliate's activity and any entitlement to Commission in the event that the Affiliate fails to refer any new Players in any three (3) month period. Reinstatement will be at the Merchant's sole discretion.

After several discussions, they have removed the Minimum Activity Rule.

They still need to add the commission structure to the terms and while they do not have Negative Carry Over that also needs to be added to the terms.
