which is still under a legal view a free-ticket to muzzle any affiliate about any wrongdoing of the program and to withhold money, because the program has the full freedom to decide, what "insults", "false public statements" and "misrepresentations" are.

If an affiliate writes public a complain and says, that she/he "feels being cheated", then this can already be interpreted by Posh Friends as an "insult".

A public statement from an affiliate, that "Posh Friends is withholding the money" can be interpreted with that term by Posh Friends as "misrepresentations".

With this term they have still de jure and de facto the right to withhold any money or even terminate any account from any affiliate, who brings his case to the public.

This is a no-go-term, because there is too much room for interpretation, and this term is only designed to stop public reporting about wrongdoing and to steal money, if they want to get rid off someone.

A very clear possible scenario: First they withhold the money for no reason, and after the unwanted affiliate with good reasons is complaining also public, they terminate his account because of that term without paying the money.

Think about that.

I also want to make clear, that they have a very low payout of $20, but this is not valid for bank wire. Affiliates, who prefer bank wire, have an insanely high minimum payout of $2.000:

I'm not trying to pick a fight here, but really, how can anyone keep a straight face, and certify this program, who is paying, 50% less or greater than, their advertised commission percentages!

25% = 12.45%
30% = 14.94%
35% = 17.43%
40% = 19.92%
45% = 22.41%

You know I find all this so funny. Not once in my 21 years as a casino affiliate, have I ever seen an advertised RS %, go above what is advertised. EG - 25% = 29%....

Here with this clip joint, it's blatant theft... But AGD still certifies them. IDK but maybe employing monkeys as the NEW certification team, might have saved you cash, but paying peanuts ain't worth it

Well Dave, in the earlier times, even crooks, when they said, 40 %, it was 40 % revenue without any deductions. Period.

Then this flood of fast-money-scheme-programs have haunted the industry with the result, that the fee scam, quota-schemes and other schemes, devised during pool parties and at conference backrooms, could metastasize.

Your example is one of so many, that demonstrates, there is more deception than fairness. The numbers are only a deception in the meantime, probably, because the programs are thinking, all webmasters are morons and will accept that, with grumbling but silence.

Silence is all they want.

In case anyone reading this is still undecided — though it's not likely — they also have these:

Ambiguous Termination Clause:

6.2. Company shall have the right, at his sole discretion, with or in case of material breach of these Terms >and/or Privacy Policy without sending formal notice to an Affiliate, to partially or fully block, suspend or terminate such Affiliate’s Account, as a result of which the Affiliate may be deprived of the right to receive any Earnings.

They can also modify your share at their discretion (the FTD requirements are not defined). There are two spelling mistakes in the same paragraph.

5.15. Company is obliged to payout Earnings to the Affiliate as long as Affiliate dutifully fulfils its obligations and does not cause financial or reputational harm to the Affiliate Program or Projects. In case of custom RevenueShare/Hybrid deals, the fixed persentage of RevenueShare part can be changed depending on the number of FTD's for the corresponding accounting period.

I've noticed that the numbers quoted in the thread don't match the terms. At the top of the page, it says, 'Date of last version: 1 June 2020'.
