How so? Whoever looked at them, obviously didn't review them very well, otherwise they wouldn't have missed the fact, there is no mention of GGR deductions.

I'm alarmed at how many programs are being certified, when GGR deductions are MIA.

Or is that just the way AGD rolls these days...
