Low Rev Share warning due to:

Commissions Structure - ALL
6.1 The Company will pay the Affiliate at the Commission Rate in respect of Net Revenue in accordance with the following table:

Number of New Customers Per Month Affiliates' share of Net Revenue

• 0 15%
• 1-5 25%
• 6-14 30%
• 15-30 35%
• 31 or more 40%

Updated to:

• 0-5 NDP = 20% NNCO (no negative carryover)
• 6-10 NDP = 25% NNCO
• 11-14 NDP = 30% NNCO
• 15 - 30 NDP = 35% NNCO
• 31 or more = 40% NNCO

I'm at a loss on this one.

For whatever reason, if an affiliate doesn't bring in a single NDP each month, then they are penalised by only being paid 15%. But, and lets say hypothetically, if an affiliate brings in one (1) NDP per month, they will receive the 25% base commission.

How can a program be deemed "certified" with such a blatantly predatory T&C's clause?

We have discussed this issue with GAN Partners and they have agreed to amend the T&C's, new commission structure is:

• 0-5 NDP = 20% NNCO (no negative carryover)
• 6-10 NDP = 25% NNCO
• 11-14 NDP = 30% NNCO
• 15 - 30 NDP = 35% NNCO
• 31 or more = 40% NNCO

So we did let this one slip through but we have managed have fix it Thanks for the catch Dave.
