When are you planning to pay out the outstanding (stolen) commission + penalty interests and add previously referred players of your casinos that were under Megapartners.io?

Hi! Thanks for your feedback! We confirm that this brand was acquired by us, however, we acquired Betsomnia without the existing player base, thus we have no ties with Megapartners, but you could start working with us - 1st Partners and believe - you will not be disappointed!

When you acquire a company, you also acquire rights to it, but also obligations resulting from it (even past ones). These are general principles of law. Incidentally, it is your loss that you did not check it (did not agree with the previous owner). Secondly, we have unofficial information that players have also been migrated, because they are contacting us :) Thirdly, there are still people in this company who previously worked or cooperated with these casinos, so please do not lie.

I will ask again, when will you settle the outstanding commissions (+ interest) and add the referred players to the partner accounts?

If you don't resolve this in a civilized manner, then unfortunately we will have no choice but to report you to all sites, forums and institutions that participate in supporting your business.

We have to respect each other, because everyone gives their time and money and they deserve to be paid for it. End of story.

As we told earlier we acknowledge your frustration and take your message seriously.

However, we must emphasize that our acquisition of the Betsomnia brand was conducted under clearly defined terms. According to the agreement with the previous operator, all commissions accrued up to and including August 2024 remained the full responsibility of Megapartners. They also retained access to the player data associated with those commissions.

Due to both legal and technical restrictions, player accounts were not transferred to our system, and we did not inherit historical affiliate relationships. This was clearly defined before the transition and agreed upon by all parties involved. Claims that users were “migrated” may refer to returning traffic or players registering again — which does not equate to the transfer of original data or obligations.

As for the individuals currently working with us: while some may have prior experience in the industry, that does not automatically extend liability from previous companies to us.

We remain open to civil and constructive discussion. If you believe a specific issue remains unresolved, please provide detailed documentation and we’ll review it thoroughly.

At the same time, we kindly ask for a respectful tone going forward. Public accusations without evidence can harm reputations and are not conducive to resolution. Let’s aim to resolve this through mutual respect and dialogue.

For me, the matter is simple. You, as the heirs of the company and this brand, are responsible for settling the outstanding commission. Then, you should demand the return of these funds from your predecessors (those who sold you the business with debts).

I'm sorry, but we acquired the brand under certain agreements: all partner commissions must be paid off by the predecessor company. Please, if you are sure that you have not been paid somewhere, you need to contact the predecessor company, since the obligation to pay the debt lies solely with them.

The funny fact is, they have never contacted us, but they have had no problem to cobntact you and make a deal... LOL. Secondly, please also note that we have created a topic regarding unpaid commission which was and still is public, so you had a chance to checkit beforehand (as a part of of the due dilligance).

We understand, and we believe to the last in the fairness of the deal and the fulfillment of the conditions on the part of the predecessor, so let's go to Telegram to resolve this issue, I think we will find a compromise, instead of wasting time on a public discussion here, which will not go beyond discussions. Please write to Anuar, he is already waiting for your message: @ignuar
