Terms look friendly, but please be aware:

"19. Account Inactivity and Dormancy 19.1 Inactivity If your Affiliate Account has no logged-in activity, no new Qualified Players, and no chargeable Commission for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, we may at our discretion deactivate your Affiliate Account on thirty (30) days' written notice. 19.2 Dormancy and Forfeiture Where Commission funds remain unclaimed in your Affiliate Account for a continuous period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days for which you have failed to issue an invoice, we may treat the funds as dormant. We will issue a final written warning and, if no satisfactory response is received within ninety (90) days of that warning, the Affiliate Account may be closed and any remaining funds forfeited.

6.2 Right to Modify We reserve the right to modify, restructure, or replace Commission Plans, rate cards, qualification criteria, and KPI thresholds at any time by notice through to the email address registered to your Affiliate Account."

Are the terms really considered "friendly"?

“Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason on thirty (30) days' written notice to the other.”

That's much broader than Section 19. In other words, Section 19 looks fairly reasonable by itself, and the prospective-only language added to 6.2 is actually favorable.

21.2 is the clause I'd be worried about, because it potentially makes those protections irrelevant: they don't need to declare your account dormant or change your commission percentage if they can simply terminate the entire agreement.

Metawin partner platform is not sending password reset emails or email login links. Completely broken, so many affiliates cannot access their affiliate area.
