May Commission 2 Days Late

While it's not a lot, it's not the point.

The fact is I shouldn't have to chase what is rightfully mine and should be paid on time, in accordence to this AGD certified program's T&C's.

I contacted Shane Friday (that was the 10'th working day). Was told there was a delay but I'd be paid Monday to Neteller. Well that came and went, so too did Tuesday AND still no payment.

Wouldn't have posted this here but I sent a message on Skype and that was ignored. Sent another and that was ignored too.

I'm a business doing business with commission365 (B2B) I make the casino money...you pay me on time, it's that simple!

I am sick of chasing my rightful payments (from slack affiliate programs)... Instead of being paid on time, what do I get? BS

Hey Dave,

You were not ignored on Tuesday, we had a bank holiday - yes, we did email our entire affiliate base about to let them know - which meant I wasn't online to see your message till Wednesday morning.

I did explain the cause of the delay on Skype Friday when we chatted - and I fully expected payment to be available Monday. However the backlog plus an unfortunately time bank holiday caused a slightly longer delay than I anticipated.

We missed the mark on that one, and for that I apologise.
