It's funny to think that this casino used to be one of the most highly reputable online casinos just a little more than a decade ago. Nowadays Inetbet seems to be running in auto-pilot modus.

I just came here to ask for contact information for Kudos and iNetbet and found this thread. The contact form on the affiliate site does not work and there is no response from email (advertising@inetbet.com). Who is in charge of this group? It seems like nobody.

iNetBet and Kudos will not reply to my emails or pay commissions. This has been going on for almost 2 years. This is a rogue group if I have ever seen one and I have been in the business for 10 years. It is only a matter of time before they stop paying players because they certainly refuse to pay me.

I think it is time to add iNetBet and Kudos to the "rogue" forum here at AGD if they are not already there. Affiliates need to know about these shenanigans.

I received a response from Ben <advertising@inetbet.com> today, shortly after my rant in another thread, and he has promised to sort everything and get the payments sent.

Up until now they have been pretty good at responding and have always paid - though Kudos pay has always been way after the 21st - in fact, they've only paid me in the correct month once! (The worst was 8 days into the following month).

I'm only worried because of the sudden unannounced apparent departure of Tom - and because they owe me a LOT of money (by my standards).

No reply to my e-mail I sent on Friday - lets see what next week brings...

Their affiliate department is completely isolated from the casino operations and seems to be doing its own thing. Based on my own experience and the negative reports by other affiliates, this is one place to avoid!

Yes, that's where I sent it.
Didn't notice at the time, but the rejection e-mail said my message was flagged as "spam"
The mail system

Can you please ensure my e-address is on your allowed list?

I rogued them back 2010, for sending free chips to players who had previously requested iNetbet to close their accounts. Notification of said account closure had been received. For iNetBet to continue sending these to closed accounts, made them in direct breach of their own Responsible Gaming Practices.

Taking that stand wasn't a nice job, because way back in 2001, I convinced Bryan (CM) to give them a go on his site.

As per my message this should all be sorted for you now. If you could confirm when the funds arrive I would be grateful. The spam filter you got caught on is entirely server side so I will contact the supplier and see what they can do.

@AussieDave - this was long before my time with iNetBet but I spoke to the owners about this. They recall it being a administration error (cockup) with an email list that resulted in these errant emails being sent. No closed accounts were opened as a result and there have been no occurrences since. We certainly do not actively promote to closed accounts, that would be daft.

@CygX1 - this seems to be an issue with your player account from 9 years ago so I cannot comment directly. I have responded to your PM so we can try to get to the bottom of this.

@NoLuckNeeded - the management team have informed me that this is all resolved now, please can you confirm?

Just to confirm I did receive my Oct+Nov commission on Jan-18th - a mere 49 days after the end of the month.

I really DO appreciate that I am earning really good $ with them, but I just wish they weren't always the last operator to pay :(
Even if it were in the right month, it would be an improvement...

We have been paid our 2016 commission from Kudos. I am also happy to add that Ben has promptly replied to my emails since January 8th.
