Hello AGD community,
I am writing to report a serious issue with JoinAff. I have been one of their top affiliates since May 2025, consistently delivering high‑quality traffic and multiple FTDs every month. Despite this, they are now refusing to pay my August 2025 commissions and have cut my RevShare to zero. Below is the full timeline and evidence.

Why JoinAff’s excuses don’t stand up
No contract clause requires “final number confirmation” before send and paying invoices.
There is nothing about confirming monthly totals before paying invoiced commissions.
They already reviewed and accepted my traffic. In July they raised the same “motivated traffic” issue, then paid in full after review. They can’t now claim the same traffic is invalid.
Invoices were sent on time. I submitted August invoices on 6 Sept. JoinAff’s own rules say commissions are paid within the second half of the next month (15–20th). Pushing for a “confirmation” after the deadline is a manufactured excuse.
Traffic is clearly not motivated. Since I stopped campaigns on 19 Aug, only one new FTD has occurred. Yet existing players keep depositing significant sums (€8.5k in Sept so far). That is normal organic behaviour, not “scheme” traffic.
Unilateral RevShare cut is a breach of contract. RevShare is supposed to be lifetime on all acquired players. Cutting it to zero while still taking revenue from those players is unfair and breaches the affiliate agreement.
What I’m owed
August 2025 commission: €6,544.34 (CPA + RevShare), now 5 days overdue.
Future RevShare on all existing players per contract.
Final remarks
JoinAff is using inconsistent arguments to withhold payments and hope affiliates simply give up. July was paid only after I threatened to expose them a lot times. They are now repeating the same pattern with August and cutting RevShare altogether. This behaviour is unacceptable and damaging to trust in the program.
I am therefore publishing this post to warn other affiliates and to seek AGD’s guidance. I hope JoinAff does the right thing and processes the overdue payment immediately, reinstates the RevShare, and stops employing stalling tactics. Otherwise I will be forced to continue escalating this issue across other forums, watchdogs, industry channels and legal avenues if necessary.
Thank you for reading.

Timeline & Context
- May–July 2025 – I began promoting RioAce and Casabet. Traffic was generated organically via social networks, and I delivered over 110 FTDs in July with €12,118.69 in commissions (CPA + RevShare).
- 25 July 2025 – I explained my traffic model to my account manager (AM - Jane) and she accepted it. There were no “traffic motivated” or “number confirmation” issues raised.
- 19 August 2025 – One day before the July payout was due, my AM suddenly claimed the traffic looked “motivated” and asked me to stop all new traffic. I immediately complied and provided screenshots, social accounts, etc. Despite this, they withheld the July payment.
- 21 Aug – 1 Sept 2025 – After intense back‑and‑forth and a threatened escalation to forums, JoinAff finally paid the July commission in full, after initially offering to pay only €4,000. This proved that the traffic was legitimate.
- 6 Sept 2025 – I submitted invoices for August commissions (€6,544.34), within window.
- 9 Sept 2025 – My AM (Jane) responded with another vague claim of “motivated traffic,” and the Head of Affiliates (Yevheniia) later said invoices wouldn’t be paid unless the “numbers were confirmed,” a procedure I had never been told about.
- 19–22 Sept 2025 – JoinAff missed the 20 Sept payment deadline. Yevheniia again insisted on “numbers confirmation” and said my AM should handle it. This contradicts the fact that she personally approved and paid July after review.
- 22–23 Sept 2025 – I issued a final notice: full August payment was required immediately or I would go public. JoinAff ignored it. Today(25/09), the payment is five days overdue, and no confirmation has been received.
- RevShare cut – On 5 Sept my RevShare was unilaterally set to 0% in the dashboard, despite existing players continuing to deposit and play. Between 1–23 Sept, players have deposited €8,505 (with only 1 FTD since I stopped traffic), generating €1,588.77 in Casino NGR; under a 50% RevShare I should already have €794.39 in commission, but it shows €0.
