At my first search about Heroic Affiliates i find on AskGamblers one unresolved complaint from february 2021 about confiscated commission due to unjustified 'fraud traffic'.

The answer or better say "no explanation" from Heroic Affiliates towards the partner makes me suspicious.

Of course, i don't know if this complaint is justified, but why else should a partner file a complaint with AskGamblers?

It shows how they handle problems and don't give any understandable answers that a partner is forced to make it public.

If i'm partner of any program i expect an open and transpareny discussion with answers and no secrecy if something wrong.

i think they are doing a fine job, [as long as we mentally disregard the whole certification thing ..(advertisers gonna advertise) mentally as being "legit" - if that's what makes it bearable for you) - and just look at the data which AGD kindly shares with us in their audits.

I only look at the #s and the people.
