JetBull Can't Find My Account!

I was promoting Tower Gaming for a few years, then as things happen, when trying to manage too many sites, I plum forgot about the site I had TG on. Not long ago, was going through a back HDD and the penny drop. So checked the site out and all the links were broken. So I yanked the site.

Anyway I contacted JetBull Affiliates for my login details, who have now written back saying they can not locate my account. Albeit it took my time to get in touch but I had depositing players and numerous signup at Tower Gaming.

Every affiliate I've spoke to had their accounts/players mapped over to JetBull affiliate when TG was bought. Hence I'm now wondering what happy to my account.

While they (JBA) were happy to continue searching, they suggested I open a new account. Ummm no.... I want my players and account found please!

If your AM is Umar i am not surprised, this program is as useful as an ashtray on a harley. Its not a bad casino but aff support is terrible...BTW - jetbull affiliates should be marked in this forum as having negative carry over.

Casinowebie I have no idea who my AM is. All I know, whoevever responded to my email enquiry Back in July 2014, didn't seem to care, Claimed they (JetBull Affiliates) could not locate my old TowerGaming AffID: 948. Essentially telling me Tuff Cheese But just signup with a new account!

Granted towards the end, I was only making a few $100 a month, if that. However, that's not the issue here. I'm sure if my account didn't go MIA, I'd be oweded at least a few thousand by now.

I just want my old tower gaming account located and my players mapped over...

Surely it can't be that hard to locate. They have my full name, TG aff ID and a few email addys I was using at the time. Oh and the site url too...

Bet4You, The only JetBull AM i spoke with last year was Umar but he does not know how to find the reply, send button very well so i assume your AM was him also. We gave up with this program due to the terrible support from JetBull affiliates, you gotta call it early when you get that feeling about programs with hapless AM's. I think they are only after the big affs anyway. His mail you can try was ug@jetbull.com - good luck !
