Hi, yes I have an update. Even though they have a NNCO policy, in this case the player had won during the last days of previous month and then lost the money back during next. Since the majority of the revenue was based on previous winnings and not deposits, they decided to cancel the commission. The sum was smaller than the High Roller Policy threshold so we argued that by their T&C's there would be grounds for a payment but they disagreed.@NPM Do you maybe have some updates. Representatives advised they are looking into your case but we don't have additional updates.
