Hi, yes I have an update. Even though they have a NNCO policy, in this case the player had won during the last days of previous month and then lost the money back during next. Since the majority of the revenue was based on previous winnings and not deposits, they decided to cancel the commission. The sum was smaller than the High Roller Policy threshold so we argued that by their T&C's there would be grounds for a payment but they disagreed.

I do understand their POV, no real revenue, no RS. On the other hand, some companies have made payments in similar conditions as part of their NNCO policy. So technically, if the player would've withdrawn all winnings and made new deposits, they would've paid. But because he/she lost them straight back, no commission.

So we consider this one resolved. They have made their final decision: no payment, and we'll settle for that.

Their aff manager will be all over your ass to promote the brand and push it more but as soon as you need support or have questions about payments they’ll go MIA. Pathetic.

I confirm this as well. They only ask for traffic, then confirm that they are satisfied with the quality, ask to increase volumes, and when it comes time to pay for the traffic, they disappear. All managers disappear for a while, and then they all write the same, that they have left this project and do not provide contacts of other employees.
This project is a complete scam!
