IWild Partners - not paying commission

Hey everyone, we're experiencing problems with IWild Partners (brand: IWild), as our pending commissions from January still haven't been processed. These 8,8K€ commissions have been confirmed by our AM Ann the 6th of February, and we're waiting for our payment since then. They first asked us to wait, and now it's been 3 weeks they don't even answer anymore. I see that we're not the only ones facing this issue. Did anyone manage to get paid and do you have any suggestions to recover our commissions?

We had issues with iWild too. We were supposed to get over €13K, instead they paid €3,600. The AM stopped replying.
