Hello everyone! After a few months of following up with our AM Illian regarding our outstanding commission amount, the issue remains unresolved. At one point he was ignoring us for more than two months, and then we tried reaching out to every possible alternative contact we could find, but nobody got back to us. Last week he finally responded, after we threatened to escalate this further, but we still didn't receive the pending funds. We noticed that other partners have similar issues with them and we'll completely remove their brands from all our listings today. For anyone else who's still promoting them, we advise to do the same. However, is there a way to get the pending payments from them, without pursuing legal actions? Thanks!

Hey @ethnoside, our legal team would act on it accordingly, if necessary. But we were hoping to resolve this without escalating it that far. As mentioned above, our AM is mostly ghosting for two months already and didn't make the step in the right direction after numerous chasers. At one point we thought that he left the company, but he's still there. You can also see other threads where people are complaining about them not paying commission.
