I hate beating a dead horse about something that seems like such a simple fix, but I just figured I vent here about this RECURRING problem with RevenueNetwork (formerly BP) and their rule about sending 3 new RMP's per every 6 month cycle on your affiliate account. I'm all for programs wanting a certain threshold of RMP's being sent -- and Revenue Network needing only 3 every six months is a pretty doable number for even the smallest of affiliates -- but I'm really getting tired of stressing out every 6 months for the last 4 or 5 YEARS because their system doesn't just automatically recognize that you've clearly hit this number and keeps your existing percentage THE EXACT SAME.

I got an email on October 10th, 2025 gave me their standard courtesy warning that I haven't sent my 3 RMP's and that if I didn't do it within 60 days that they would reset my percentage back down to 10%. So in true lazy affiliate fashion (sorry, I know a lot of you are way more busy than me...I give you props, lol...I just need a kick in the ass every now and again to remind myself to work a little), I change up links on my main site on my more higher trafficked pages and even sent out a newsletter blast to one of my more active email lists and I easily picked up a handful of signups.

Long story short: I sent 3 RMP's in November and then sent 2 RMP's this month in December. So the math is MATHING super hard here to me:

Revenue Network - needs 3 RMP's by December 10th
ME - sends 5 RMP's since October 10th (THREE in November alone)

Anyways, they've reduced my percentage and held it hostage at 10% during my best month in a long time...neat. I've been trying to contact the team here the entire week, because of course most of their staff is on holiday for Christmas and New Years...but even their tech support has left me on Read and not even addressed any of the 3 tickets I've opened up. Alyssa DID manage to email me back and said she would holler back at me about what's going on...but it's kind of wild they're gonna possibly sit on this heading into the new year INSTEAD of just telling tech to flip the switch to get me back to my existing percentage and RESTORE my commissions to what they were before the reduction to 10%.

I've been a legacy affiliate with them since Laura Kirk and Riyaz Abdulla were running this account...and now this new team of AM's seems to make me -- and probably countless other affiliates -- go through hoops to keep their existing rates and get paid out the correct amounts.

We should NOT have to email a company when we send the correct amount of RMP's stated in their TOS. Plain and simple. You have a pretty advanced system there RN...is it really that bad it can't auto track the RMP's being sent and then just KEEP it at the percentages agreed to years ago???

Just super frustrated about it and wanted to vent some and hopefully get the attention of whoever is currently still working at Revenue Network to fix this situation already. Hope everyone had a happy holidays and is going to have an even better and prosperous 2026 in the affiliate game!!!

Affiliates work most days but I know many of my affiliate managers took the Jewish Holidays and Christmas Holidays back to back using up some vacation time to fill the gap. I know a few off December 12 and not back until Jan 5 .There are technically 2 working days left in the month so hopefully somebody relieves your stress by then and those who have not paid will pay tomorrow :)

Revenue Network is another example of an affiliate programme going downhill...
Definitely not as good as when Riyaz was there , it seems like too much of an effort to get any response from them anymore . 3-5 days to respond is not really acceptable.

Stephen responded to me today informing me that he no longer works with the program , I was surprised to learn this is not an exclusive company for Revenue Network as his email is still the same. I passed on a couple other emails address to OP .

The news I'm reporting back isn't positive in the slightest. The brand is trying to say that despite me sending 4 new depositors from the time I got my "warning" email on October 10th that they didn't qualify as an RMP. They're using this part of their TOS to hold a very high commission hostage in December and I'm stuck on what else I could even do right now:

· In the event that an Affiliate delivers fewer than 3 qualified new real money depositors in any 6-month period or if, in Revenue Network's sole discretion, any depositor(s) exhibit unusual or non-standard customer behavior, is not a genuine depositor or is in any way suspected of being affiliated with the

· Affiliate, Revenue Network reserves the right to adjust the Affiliate's Revenue Share Commission to 10% until 3 qualified new real money depositors are secured.

This what what they found out from the players I did send (just want to be transparent here):

After an investigation of your players, you referred 7 players in the last 8 months:
  • 2 players made no deposits
  • 2 players made 1 deposit and didn’t play anything
  • 1 player made a deposit and requested to withdraw the funds almost immediately
As such, we will not be reinstating your previous deals at this time.

Ok, so I understand that some of the players aren't playing. But that doesn't mean they won't? The person withdrawing early isn't something I can control -- just like I can't control people who make just one deposit or those who simply haven't played yet. I also sent them FIVE new depositors in November and December, but they didn't mention this in their reply to me. What were the other 2 players doing basically that wouldn't qualify them as an RMP?

I just want answers. Hell, I could send them more players today and tomorrow but I still wouldn't be able to control their actual play. I don't know what else I can do. Revenue Network is NOT a trash brand. They pay on time and their sportsbooks and casinos are top-tier. I'm just struggling with the fact I'm getting "nickel and dimed" on my player performance despite sending them 5 new real money depositors since they sent me that warning email on October 10th...and it's in their TOS as just sending "real money depositors" -- I get that some aren't playing but I also cannot control that. I'm losing my mind over here :(

FWIW I am engaging in active conversation about the player situation and what needs to be done down the road to make sure this doesn't happen again. RN have always been good to me but I'm doing what I can to understand what I did wrong and what I can do to be better with the types of players I send over I guess...hope to report back with better news later this week.
