Hi everyone,

I'm opening this thread to publicly report my extremely negative experience with StaXino Casino.

I was directly contacted by their team for a collaboration: 10 live streams to be performed on my Kick channel. We agreed in advance on a monetary deal, divided into multiple installments, with the first payment due immediately after completing the first live stream.
I fully honored my side of the agreement: I completed the first stream as requested, but problems started right away. When it came time for payment, StaXino began repeatedly requesting my identification document. I submitted the requested documents four times, but each time I was met with excuses that the "appropriate department" was still working on it.

The last response I received from their affiliate manager was on April 25th. Since then, I have been completely ignored, despite seeing the manager online on Telegram regularly.
Today, after I warned them about my intention to make this situation public on the forum, the manager suddenly started replying again, accusing me of violating a so-called "clause" by creating negative publicity about their brand.
I want to clarify that I have never signed any legal agreement or binding contract with StaXino: all the terms were discussed exclusively via Telegram messages.
Despite this, the manager is now once again promising that "the payment will arrive", without providing any concrete proof or clear timelines — just as they have done before.

In short: StaXino failed to honor the agreements from the very beginning, used my work without paying, and is now trying to intimidate me into silence.
I strongly advise against any kind of collaboration with them.

Hello Durky,
Thank you for sharing your experience—I'm very sorry to hear how poorly StaXino has treated you, and I sincerely hope you receive the payment you’re owed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we’re facing a nearly identical situation at Fumma Ltd., where StaXino owes us €13,800 for PPC traffic and has since stopped responding entirely. Would you be willing to share which contact or manager you’ve been dealing with at StaXino? Knowing the name or position of your affiliate manager might help both of us coordinate our follow-up efforts and, hopefully, secure the payments we’re due.
Wishing you the best of luck in getting this resolved. Please let me know if there’s any way I can support you further.

Certo! Ecco la traduzione in inglese del messaggio:

Hello,
thank you so much for your message and for your solidarity. I’m really sorry to hear that you at Fumma Ltd. are going through the same situation. It’s unbelievable that StaXino is treating multiple partners this way, with zero communication or accountability.
Unfortunately, the person I was dealing with goes by the nickname @jasminaglavaltd, and she has completely disappeared. No replies to emails, and nothing from support either. I currently have six open tickets, and I haven’t received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, during the onboarding process I also submitted a copy of my ID card, and I’m now seriously worried they might misuse my personal data. Given the fraudulent behavior they’re showing, I think that concern is more than justified.
I’m happy to stay in touch and coordinate efforts, raising our voices together might give us a better chance at recovering what we’re owed, or at least shedding light on what’s going on.
Wishing you and your team the best of luck, and thanks again for reaching out.

Hello AGD members, please note that this is an official statement from Staxino Affiliates representatives regarding the issue and complaint from @Durky

"We would like to address the allegations made in this thread and provide clarity on the matter.
It is important to state that we did enter into an agreement with the affiliate for multiple livestreams, with payments to be made in stages. This structure was agreed to build mutual trust and ensure that both sides uphold their part of the collaboration. It was also clearly communicated and agreed from the beginning that payment would only be processed after submission of valid identification (ID) and proof of address documents, in line with standard KYC procedures required for all business partners.
Despite multiple clear instructions and follow-ups from our affiliate manager and our internal team, the affiliate has repeatedly failed to upload the correct documents. In fact, the first document submitted was a fake ID, which was immediately rejected as it did not match the affiliate’s real name. Following this, our team has sent multiple direct emails requesting the correct documents — including the most recent email sent on May 8, 2025 — yet the affiliate has still not complied.
Let us be clear:
• We have not denied payment.
• We are ready and willing to honor the agreement.
• But it is impossible for us to move forward with any payment until we receive the correct KYC documentation, as required for regulatory and security purposes.
The affiliate is now making public accusations while failing to meet the most basic and agreed-upon conditions of our collaboration. This not only misrepresents the situation but is also a clear breach of the trust and professionalism we expect from our partners.
We remain open to resolving this situation as soon as the correct documentation is submitted. Until then, we are unable to process any payment, and we reject the misleading portrayal made in this post.

Hello,

Just to share my opinion here. The affiliate programs are the clients of the affiliates. Not the other way around. The affiliate is offering the service and getting paid for it. The payer is always the client.

Other than this, in the above comment of Staxino, i guess that the person does not want to show his ID. But if he prior agree to it then there is no excuse.
