Hello AGD Members

I wanted to firstly introduce myself and tell you a little more about ourselves and our products and plans going forward.

My name is Craig Simon and i am a 12 year veteran of the industry. I have mainly worked in back office functions focusing on marketing , crm and data.

I wanted to join AGD first as i know first hand what a site like AGD both represents to the Affiliate Community and the fact that we are Certified is important to us.

We have launched a USA facing product - we have a new Casino software as well as existing ones available to promote.

We are using Affiliate Pro software which is widely used and is a good tool from what i can tell. It compares favourably in my opinion with Netrefer and IA. Data is almost live which helps a lot.

We are looking to make a big impression in the North American regions and are looking for your assistance in doing this.

If you have any questions, suggestions please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to doing business with the members at AGD.

Best Regards
Craig Simon

I just looked at your 2 casinos - and they both have NetEnt games, which means you CAN'T be serving USA players.

Also, can I ask how you came to own the SlotPower.com URL?
That used to belong to a Rival Gaming casino, which was originally called Absolute Slots prior to 2010.
Then a couple of years later they changed the name to Slot Powers.com - which still exists (as a Rival casino) and also you have the exact same logo as they've always had - so what on earth is going on here?
What is the connection between you and End Game Affiliates?

Cheers,
KK

Hi KK

USA Casino players are able to play these Casino games via the BitCoin platform and that NetEnt question is one i did ask of the guys that set the Casino Up.

The answer i got was that this was a special arrangement and that it is possible for US players to play this. I have not asked my friends in the USA to check this out - i guess i should have done.

With regards to the URL. I am not aware of the history of the URL, i do know that a URL and site was acquired and this particular business launched.

There is no connection with Rival here at all.

Our main focus is on the newer Casino Software - Blue Ocean Games. US Casino players are able to play these games on both Casinos - the normal currency and BitCoin Casino and as far as i am aware the Bitcoin version allows players from the US to play all of the games.

The Casinos are set up and ready to go and we have not as of yet started to market it, preferring to take the Affiliate route first. We started testing and putting the Casinos back in July last year and have taken our time in getting this going

My strategy is heavily influenced by Affiliates as i intend to make use of the collective knowledge that has been built up and ensure that everyone gets a fair slice of the pie.

As you all know licencing for Casinos in these markets is not possible, the products are licensed out of Curacao though.

We went with a reputable non gaming Affiliate Software as Affiliate Pro offer a decent package and from what i have experienced with Gambling Affiliate Softwares.

It compares favourably in terms of reporting. Data is almost Live and that to me is a plus for Affiliates rather than having a 24 hour delay.

I am going to check up on the Net Ent situation again now and get back to you re this.

Regards
Craig

Thank you CasinoKev. I think members at AGD will find that i prefer to be totally open & sometimes can be a bit blunt. I think that is the South African in me.I am trying to learn on how to reply a bit more diplomatically these days and to take a breath before hitting the submit button. Let me know if there is anything i can provide you with to get started with us.

Hi Craig,

I think that is the South African in me.I am trying to learn on how to reply a bit more diplomatically these days and to take a breath before hitting the submit button.

Being an Aussie, I suffer that problem too, lol.

SO USA players can only play via the BitCoin Platform, is that correct?
I haven't checked the site out BUT does that mean they can only deposit with BitCoins and not actually USA$?

Hi Bet4You

Haha - glad to know i'm not the only one ;) US players can as far as i am aware can play via the BitCoin Casino.
In fact any one can, its Bitcoin. We will have Mobile Casino Games coming out within the next month to add to the mix.

We wanted to try out the Blue Ocean Games and adding Bitcoin to the equation seems a good idea ;)

Sorry to tell you this dude (and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here) but you have been sold a big lie.

Net Entertainment does not offer Bitcoin integration, nor does it allow play on its games from the USA. The games are pirated. There have already been several shady bitcoin casinos caught running pirated Net Ent games, and this is another one. eg see here
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65186

Still don't believe me? Normal Net Ent games are served off a subdomain of casinomodule.com - eg redbet.casinomodule.com. Let's see:

Code:

But the pirated ones are being served off a copycat domain like static.gamingmodule.com.

You reckon Net Ent is going to run their games off a domain created a few months ago, using Russian Yandex DNS to point to the server, with all their registration info privacy protected?

In addition the little help button on the bottom left of each game that pops up all the game info does not work.

No-one should play at a casino running pirated games, not just because they are dishonest thieves, but also because obviously you have no idea what they have done on the server to affect the results or fairness of the games.

If I were you Craig, I would 1. work on getting those games removed pronto before Net Ent lawyers hammer you and 2. look for a new job where you aren't employed by criminals.

AGD, this program should be insta-rogued.

Good detective work - but try to ask questions instead of calling people criminals. All that does is invalidate the work we try to do here, to be honest. The more people BLAST everyone without asking questions - the less programs will be likely to even care about you.

I will have them come in and discuss, but let's please discuss first in the future instead of accuse and call names.

The discussion on a whole is good... just not the non-factual stuff.

I agree with your methology when trying to get legit programs to enter into constructive dialogue. However, in this case, this program is working with known criminals, who are using bogus NetEnt games. It's not just Vladi's opinion, it's a proven fact, these NetEnt games have been stolen.

Maybe Craig is unaware of this fact and has been feed a line of BS, which, going on past instances, that is quite possibly the case here too. But imo that's a moot point. When the fact remains that Coin Gaming Partners are promoting a casino(s) which are using stolen NetEnt gaming software.

In this case there is nothing to discuss. The only correct action is roguing the program, based purely on the above facts.

Yes, thats why I said to Craig that I gave him the benefit of the doubt and that he was "sold a big lie". I'm sure as affiliate manager that he is not in the loop as to the choice of software. Who knows, the operator may even have been duped by its supplier of these games. If so they are criminally stupid and/or negligent. It is their responsibility to check the authenticity of the games they supply. The either did and failed to find what I did in 5 minutes, or they don't care. So I stand by what I said.

You also have the site logo which KK has pointed out earlier. Sure it is re-done as the 'e' and 'r' show its a different font. But its obvious they copied it. So there's a pretty damning pattern of a lack of respect for trademark and/or IP rights.

It also calls into question the legitimacy of the other games on the site. I see Aristocrat games on there and I know a person who has worked for them and have heard about how anal they are about compliance and respect for the law. I seriously doubt they allow their games to be played by Americans with bitcoin at a virtually unregulated site. Novomatic too. I would not be surprised if the whole collection of games is pirated.

The whole thing is indefensible. Call a spade a spade and just rogue them and be done with it. Who in their right mind would trust these guys after finding all this out? You want to refer players for "lifetime" revenue share at a casino that could get smacked down by corporate lawyers at any time?

In future, perhaps this sort of thing could be checked as part of the vetting process of new programs here. I get that you guys probably only look at the affiliate program T&Cs, but a quick look at the sites they market would not hurt. How could anyone look at a site that accepts Americans and offers Net Ent, Aristocrat, and Novomatic games via Bitcoin and conclude that its on the up and up?
