Important Update on Brand Transitions

We received the following email:

"Dear Valued Partners,We hope this email finds you well. Please be informed regarding these significant changes to the brands under 2RBO Affiliates. As part of our strategic realignment, the following brands will be migrated to new affiliate programs. Please take note of the detailed timelines and actions for each brand:

• Malina:

Malina has already moved to a new affiliate program.
All players have been notified and had ample time to withdraw their funds. Please update your records and promotional materials accordingly.

• Zulabet:

Zulabet is currently being migrated and will be live on a new affiliate program by the end of July.
Players have been informed and given sufficient time to withdraw their balances.

• Cadabrus:

Cadabrus will cease operating in September/October and will be relaunched on a new affiliate program in November.
We are preparing to inform all Cadabrus players soon, ensuring they have the necessary time to withdraw their funds.

• Light Casino:

Light Casino will cease operations in September and will reopen under a new affiliate program in October.
Notifications to Light Casino players are ready and will be dispatched shortly, informing them about the upcoming changes and withdrawal process.Please note that all deals for Zulabet and Cadabrus will be amended on a Revenue Share basis (RS) during the first week of July. The same adjustment will apply to Light Casino from the beginning of August. Once all player accounts are closed, on the mentioned brands, Revenue Share calculations will be discontinued accordingly.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition period. I received this email from 2Rbo affiliates. I wonder why they affiliate program change entity so often?


Dear Affiliate Partner,

This formal notification is sent to you on behalf of Sentoka Limited, the current operator of the 2RBO Affiliates (the "Affiliate Program").

Pursuant to Section 23.3 of the Affiliate Program agreement (the "Agreement") currently in effect between you and Sentoka Limited, we hereby formally notify you of the transfer and novation of all rights, titles, interests, and obligations under the Agreement from Sentoka Limited to Zora Marketing Ltd, a company incorporated in the Gibraltar, with company number 126646, with its registered address at Suite 2, 260 Main Street, GX11, 1AA, Gibraltar, effective as of 1st of September 2026 (the "Effective Date").

As of the Effective Date, Zora Marketing Ltd shall assume all responsibilities and obligations previously held by Sentoka Limited. All references to "the Company," "us," or "we" within the Agreement shall, from the Effective Date, refer exclusively to Zora Marketing Ltd.

Please be advised that your commercial terms, including Commission structures, Tracking Links, and payment schedules, remain unchanged. This transfer is a legal shift of the contracting entity and will not disrupt the tracking of your traffic or the accrual of your commissions.

To ensure a smooth transition of your account and pending payments, the following settlement schedule shall apply:

All invoices issued and received during the calendar month of up to 31st of August 2026 remain to be settled by, Sentoka Limited.
All issued and received invoices on and after 1st of September 2026 shall be settled by Zora Marketing Ltd.

Please update your records to reflect the following:
Contracting Entity: Zora Marketing Ltd
All invoices generated for activity occurring on or after 1st of September 2026 must be issued to Zora Marketing Ltd at the registered address provided above.
Any administrative or billing queries regarding this transition should be directed to affiliates@2rbo.com.
