Hello,

I am expecting a payment of 2730,00€ from Moonshine Partners for August and 7581,43€ for September - TOTAL = 10311,43€.

The problem is that the August payment 2730€ has still not arrived, and should have been paid between September 15 and 25.

Pontus then told me that there had been a human error which meant that they hadn't been able to pay me between September 15 and 25.

He then told me on September 28 that I would be paid next week in the middle of the week, but it's now October 5 and I've received nothing! No payment received.

Today he's telling me I'll receive it on October 11th the payment.

"Soon", "This week", "I will ask finance department to pay you ASAP", etc. is what I have been told.

I won't dive into all details, but almost 2 months have passed but my commission still isn't paid. They do not refuse to pay. They promise to pay but simply do not do it again and again.

Please help me after dozens of reminders to Pontus, he keeps pushing the due date further and further back.

I need your help @MissExposé thanks you !

@Tillou They're taking ages to pay, had to wait 3 months for my first payment (low 5 figures) but in the end received it. Got the same promises with: will reach you next week, soon, let me ask finance etc. Pls also let me know when you received your money from them

@Tillou We just got a response, your issue will be handled as a priority and the payment should reach you next week.

Perfect, I'll give them one last chance because I'm a professional and I can't have delays like 10 or 15 days or even 1 month, it's not normal.

We are in a very similar position with pending invoices now amounting to the low/mid 5 figures.

For context, our first invoice was sent out in February 2023 and then consequently for each months and the first payment that was received was in mid June 2023 for the April commissions and then in late June for January & February commissions.

No payment has been received since despite promises that only the first payment was going to take some time due to "banks requiring a lot of info"...

At this stage, we are thus still missing : March ; May ; June ; July ; August.
Despite multiple requests, we never received any proof of payments, screenshots or any evidence showing that the payment bounced as per their claim.

Please see below a transcript of our conversation with our manager.
I spare you the convo' before June where we were already had to remind them constantly of the open invoices and received empty promises after empty promises.

June 27, 2023 : "Rest should reach you this week - but will double check with finance!"
July 5, 2023 : Reminder -> No response
July 13, 2023 : Reminder -> No response
July 19, 2023 : Reminder -> Response on July 21, 2023
"Hey mate, yes - its in the pipeline!"

I really hope you find a solution are you also with Moonshine Partners?

The person you're writing to is called Pontus?

It's not right to make you wait so long... When you're a professional, you're committed. Unfortunately for you as for me, the payments are still not there.

Yes, this issue is with Moonshine partners where our manager is Pontus.
We also tried contacting other managers or employees but we received very limited help or no response.

The main issue with them is the communication, bank issue can happen (even if it's frustrating) but to say each week/month "it's on its ways" "a few more days" "this week" is really not professional at all and it makes you lose all trust.

Their brands are converting really well so that's really a shame

Okay, thanks @Affilié12345, so I'm not the only one in this situation (which is reassuring in a way).

Likewise, Pontus has more power than the others in Finance. That's why you have to refer to him. As you say, it's always soon, thanks for waiting, next week etc...

The casino itself is great, but having late payments like this is not normal. Let's hope a solution is found soon.

Hi @AussieDave ! I have effectively reduced the influx of people registering on the casino, waiting for payment, I hope that October 11 as planned I will receive it, keeps you informed (In 1 month and a half I have already brought more than 215 affiliates with them) My stats are very good, hence the fact that I did not understand this delay...

@Tillou As we were advised, the payment should have reached your account 1.5 weeks ago. Representatives are checking what is causing the delay. Could you please let us know once the payment reaches your account?

Perfect thanks @MissExposé I have a reply from Pontus who said :

Pontus: Hey mate! The payment should reach you today or tomorrow - so we finally got this done! Will however see as soon as it went out! But please check during today, and it will most likely reach already - if not, it will reach tomorrow.

I'm now waiting for the payment which should arrive today OR tomorrow, I'll keep you posted, thanks!
