Hunnyplay refuses to pay over 20k in commissions (over a year)

Hi Affiliate Guard Dog Community,

I’m writing today to give fellow affiliates a clear warning about working with Hunnyplay Casino
This is not about trying to recover my money anymore. I’ve already accepted that I may never see it again.
This post is to prevent others from ending up in the same situation.

Background​

I’ve worked with Hunnyplay since 2022. Everything was smooth until February 2024, when performance finally picked up:

• Total deposits (Feb 2024): $70,388.29
• NGR: $54,152.72
• Commissions owed: $27,076.36

A few weeks later, I reached out to my manager, Taylor, to request the payout. This is when the stories began.

Initial Responses From Manager (Taylor)​

1. “Big wins, liquidity issues”​

First message:

“hey man, so sorry, after last month big win from us, we are raising extra funds for the damage… let me clear your Jan outstanding amount first. I will update you next week if it’s possible to clear the Feb amount.”

Then a longer message:

“Recently we had a series of big wins from players, which caused liquidity challenges. We propose settling the outstanding amount through six monthly installments… this is flexible and if things improve we will clear earlier.”

They proposed:

• January commissions: $2,940.11
• February commissions: $27,076.36 → split into six installments of $4,512.67 each
• Total to be paid March 31: $7,452.83

Out of that, I only received $2,940.11.

Partial Payments & Ongoing Delays​

Later messages continued with similar excuses:

“We are still quite down now… I managed to squeeze out a little bit… as and when I can squeeze out more I will quickly send you.”

I agreed to partial payments to help them recover, and for several months, I did receive small tranches.

But eventually everything stopped.

Across 2024 and 2025, despite constant follow-ups, I received $15,186 out of the initial $27,076.36.

Meanwhile, new commissions kept accumulating, and none of the newer amounts were ever paid.

The standard reply for the last year became:

“Right now we cannot, best to check in a few weeks.”

Current Outstanding Amount​

As of today, Hunnyplay still owes me:

$22,699 USD​

No payment plan.
No schedule.
No real explanation beyond “still cannot, check again soon.”

Why I’m Posting This
Again, this post is not about recovery. I’ve made peace with the loss.
I’m posting because I’ve recently seen multiple affiliates listing Hunnyplay on their sites, likely because the team is offering attractive deals to new partners.
Given my experience, I strongly advise caution.
What concerns me the most:

• While telling me they had liquidity problems, the casino continued releasing updates, running big tournaments, and offering bonuses.
• Their affiliate program appears operational and active, but they are not paying old partners.

If my experience helps even one affiliate avoid the same situation, then this post has done its job.
If anyone needs screenshots or proof, I’m happy to provide it.

UPDATE

I wanted to follow up on my original post for anyone who's been following this situation.

After reaching out through official channels and persistent communication, I'm pleased to report that HunnyPlay has honored their commitment. We reached a settlement agreement, and they have paid the full amount as agreed.

I want to be fair: while the process took longer than it should have, the new affiliate team that took over in Q4 2025 did ultimately step up and resolve this matter professionally.

For any affiliates currently experiencing similar issues with HunnyPlay, my advice:

• Document everything (on-chain transactions, screenshots, communication logs)
• Use the official affiliate/support email rather than relying solely on individual managers
• Be persistent
• Set clear deadlines

I can confirm that in my case, HunnyPlay eventually made things right.

As mentioned, HunnyPlay recently went through a full transition of the affiliate team in Q4 2025, and some legacy cases were still pending during the handover. Once the transition was completed, we made it a priority to review and resolve all outstanding matters properly.

For transparency moving forward:

• HunnyPlay currently operates with one dedicated Affiliate Manager: Aaron
• We strongly recommend partners to use official channels and verified contacts only
• If anyone claims to represent HunnyPlay as an Affiliate Manager, please verify directly with us

On a positive note, we’re now focusing heavily on rebuilding and scaling long-term partnerships.
We’re actively offering exclusive RevShare deals, custom bonuses, and tailored setups for partners who can bring quality traffic.


We’re also open to continuing and expanding cooperation with reliable partners moving forward and we believe the best results are still ahead.
